GENERAL TOS

By purchasing my art/services, you automatically agree to the following terms below. Your commission will be turned down if you fail to agree to the terms of service.ToyboxPlush's art is not to be used for AI Art or any sort of AI purposes. Do not upload my art to any AI sites.You may not use my art/designs for anything related to cryptocurrency, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or blockchains.My art or designs are not to be used for commercial purposes unless you have bought commercial rights. This means you may not sell any merchandise with my art/designs. You, however, may use the design for Steaming/PNGtubing/VTubing, as long as you are NOT making any profit off of my work (this does not include getting subscribers/ad revenue.)My commissions are non-refundable. You, as the commissioner, must make sure you are in a position where you can afford to commission me.Commission time may take up to a month at MOST, though I try to give a turnaround time of a week or a little more. I am very prone to mental health episodes/crises, I will post updates on my Twitter.If you have any questions about something not discussed here, contact me on Twitter or Discord.

ADOPTABLES-SPECIFIC TOS

- You may not use my designs for any harmful material that promotes sexism, ableism, homophobia or the works.

- Using my designs for NSFW is completely fine as long as the character is not feral, under the age of consent or non consenting.

- You may change the design/redesign your character.

- However you will be blacklisted if you remove a character's disability, change a character's race or remove top scars or other features.

- You may resell a design for more than you bought it for ONLY if you've bought/made additional art for it (that isn't a 5-minute drawing.)

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

- If you would like to use my art for commercial purposes, you must pay a fee of 75% of the original price. I reserve the right to request more if I see it necessary/fitting.

The following is considered as commercial use:
> Receiving profits from a platform you have posted my work (Patreon, Ko-Fi Memberships, Subscription Services, Business Cards, etc.)
> Reproducing & selling the artwork publicly or privately.
> Selling my art on merchandise (shirts, stickers, mugs, etc.)

- Emotes and PNGtuber/Vtuber Commissions are permitted for use on streaming/messaging platforms. They do not come with commercial use. You may not sell them on merchandise unless you buy commercial rights.
